Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Stir in chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Lower the heat and add the Velveeta cubes and Rotel tomatoes. Stir continuously until the cheese is fully melted.
If the dip is too thick, add milk a little at a time until you reach the desired smoothness.
For extra cheesiness, stir in shredded cheddar cheese.
Serve warm with tortilla chips, pretzels, or fresh veggies.
Notes
To keep the dip warm, serve in a slow cooker on the 'warm' setting. Stir occasionally.
