unsalted butter
softened

granulated sugar

vanilla extract

tahini
smooth and unsweetened

all-purpose flour

baking powder
sea salt
optional, for sprinkling on top
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Cream butter and sugar together in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy (2–3 minutes).
Add vanilla and tahini, mixing until smooth and fully combined.
Sift together flour and baking powder, then gradually mix into wet ingredients until just combined.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto baking tray, flatten slightly.
Bake for 14–16 minutes, until edges are golden. Let cool 10 minutes on tray before transferring.
Notes
Optional: Sprinkle with sea salt after baking. Store in airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze up to 2 months.
