Ingredients

Nutella
or any hazelnut spread

chopped hazelnuts

beaten with a splash of water for egg wash
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
Spread an even layer of Nutella across the entire surface of the pastry.
Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts over the Nutella, if using.
Carefully roll the pastry from one long side to the other to form a tight log.
Using a sharp knife, slice the roll into 1-inch pinwheels.
Place the pinwheels on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
Brush each pinwheel with the egg wash for a golden finish.
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
Let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm for the best texture!
Notes
For an extra indulgent touch, drizzle melted chocolate over the baked pinwheels before serving.
