Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Scoop 1 tbsp of Parmesan onto the tray and flatten each mound. Keep 2 inches apart.
Sprinkle optional spices like paprika or herbs if desired.
Bake for 5–7 minutes until golden and bubbly around the edges.
Cool on tray for 2–3 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to crisp fully.
