Ingredients
  

Base

  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese finely grated, 100% cheese

Optional Seasoning

  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp Italian herbs dried
  • black pepper freshly cracked, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Scoop 1 tbsp of Parmesan onto the tray and flatten each mound. Keep 2 inches apart.
  • Sprinkle optional spices like paprika or herbs if desired.
  • Bake for 5–7 minutes until golden and bubbly around the edges.
  • Cool on tray for 2–3 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to crisp fully.

Notes
