  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk or half-and-half for extra creaminess
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup shredded cheese optional, for extra flavor

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter.
  • Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
