Instructions
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add the white chocolate instant pudding mix and milk. Beat until well combined and smooth.
Stir in vanilla extract and gently fold in the whipped topping until incorporated.
Spread the filling evenly over the prepared crust and smooth the top.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the cheesecake to set.
Garnish with white chocolate shavings before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use heavy cream instead of milk. You can also add crushed cookies or fresh berries for an extra layer of texture and taste.
