Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 package white chocolate instant pudding mix (3.4 oz)
  • 1 cup milk cold
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
  • white chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add the white chocolate instant pudding mix and milk. Beat until well combined and smooth.
  • Stir in vanilla extract and gently fold in the whipped topping until incorporated.
  • Spread the filling evenly over the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the cheesecake to set.
  • Garnish with white chocolate shavings before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use heavy cream instead of milk. You can also add crushed cookies or fresh berries for an extra layer of texture and taste.
