Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap

Ingredients
  

Beef Filling

  • 1 lb ground beef lean or 80/20 preferred
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Wrap Assembly

  • 4 large flour tortillas 10-inch size preferred
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 0.5 cup shredded lettuce
  • 0.5 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Brown the meat for about 5–7 minutes.
  • Stir in taco seasoning and drained Rotel tomatoes. Mix well and let simmer for 3–5 minutes to blend the flavors.
  • Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet for 10–15 seconds per side or microwave them for 10 seconds to make folding easier.
  • Spread nacho cheese sauce onto each tortilla. Add a generous scoop of seasoned beef, then top with shredded lettuce and sour cream.
  • Fold in the sides, then roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom up. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

Customize with additional toppings like jalapeños, diced onions, or crushed Doritos for extra crunch. For a spicier version, add hot sauce or chipotle mayo.
