Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13” baking dish.
Spread the lemon pie filling evenly across the bottom of the dish.
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and egg until smooth and creamy. Drop spoonfuls over the pie filling.
Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the top. Do not stir.
Pour the melted butter evenly over the cake mix, ensuring as much coverage as possible.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
