Ingredients
  

Classic Chicken Salad

  • 2 cups cooked chicken tenderloins poached and shredded
  • ½ cup mayonnaise preferably Duke’s
  • ¼ cup celery finely minced
  • 1 tsp dry Ranch salad dressing mix
  • ½ tsp salt adjust to taste
  • ¼ tsp black pepper adjust to taste

Nutty Variation (Nutty Nana)

  • ¼ cup pecans or almonds chopped

Fruity Variation (Delicious Diva)

  • ¼ cup grapes halved
  • ¼ cup apple diced

Instructions
 

  • Poach chicken tenderloins in low-sodium chicken stock for 15–20 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Shred the cooked chicken using two forks or a hand mixer.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mayonnaise, celery, Ranch dressing mix, salt, and pepper.
  • For Nutty Nana variation, stir in chopped pecans or almonds.
  • For Delicious Diva variation, add grapes and diced apples.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to enhance flavors.
  • Serve with croissants, crackers, lettuce wraps, or as a sandwich filling.
