cups
heavy cream
2
cups
Parmesan cheese
freshly grated
½
tsp
salt
¼
tsp

fresh parsley
for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat, being careful not to let it brown.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Slowly pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly. Let it simmer (not boil) for 2-3 minutes.
Lower the heat to medium-low and gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
Season the sauce with salt, black pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg (if using). Stir well to combine.
If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of warm milk to adjust consistency. Remove from heat and let it sit for a minute.
Serve over pasta, grilled chicken, or seafood. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
Notes
If your Alfredo sauce is too thick, add a splash of warm milk to adjust the consistency. Avoid high heat to prevent separation.
