Ingredients
  

Yogurt Base

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or any yogurt of choice
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional, for added sweetness
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract optional, for extra flavor

Fruit Layer

  • ½ cup mixed fresh fruits strawberries, blueberries, bananas, or mangoes

Toppings

  • ¼ cup granola for crunch
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds for added fiber and omega-3s
  • 1 tbsp almonds or walnuts chopped, for extra crunch
  • ½ tsp cinnamon optional, for a hint of warmth

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the fruit by washing, slicing, or dicing into bite-sized pieces.

  • Layer the yogurt at the bottom of a serving cup or jar, followed by a layer of fruit.
  • Repeat the layers until the cup is full.

Notes

For a vegan version, use coconut or almond yogurt and swap honey for agave syrup.
