Ingredients
  

Croissant Base

  • 2 croissants store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tbsp butter for toasting

Toppings

  • 4 tbsp Nutella or any chocolate-hazelnut spread
  • ½ cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries
  • honey or powdered sugar optional, for extra sweetness

Instructions
 

  • Place the croissant on a flat surface and gently press it down with a rolling pin to flatten it slightly.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and melt the butter.
  • Toast the flattened croissant on both sides for about 1-2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  • Remove from heat and spread a generous layer of Nutella over the top.
  • Arrange fresh berries evenly over the Nutella-covered croissant.
  • Optional: Drizzle with honey or dust with powdered sugar for extra flavor.
  • Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!

Notes

For a healthier version, swap Nutella for almond butter and use dark chocolate shavings instead.
