Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spoon out small portions of cottage cheese onto the sheet, spacing them out so they don’t melt together.
Flatten each portion slightly with the back of a spoon to help them bake evenly.
Sprinkle seasonings on top garlic powder, paprika, and everything bagel seasoning. Add parmesan for extra crispiness.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown.
Let them cool for 5 minutes before removing them from the baking sheet. This step helps them crisp up even more!
