Chips Base

  • 1 cup cottage cheese Full-fat for crispiness
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp paprika Optional, for a smoky taste
  • 1 tbsp shredded parmesan For extra crunch
  • Everything bagel seasoning For extra flavor

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Spoon out small portions of cottage cheese onto the sheet, spacing them out so they don’t melt together.
  • Flatten each portion slightly with the back of a spoon to help them bake evenly.
  • Sprinkle seasonings on top garlic powder, paprika, and everything bagel seasoning. Add parmesan for extra crispiness.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown.
  • Let them cool for 5 minutes before removing them from the baking sheet. This step helps them crisp up even more!
  • Enjoy! Serve with a dip of your choice or eat them straight from the tray.

Notes

For variations, try adding a dash of cayenne pepper for spice, oregano for an herby taste, or swap parmesan with cheddar for a different cheesy flavor.
