Equipment

  • Food Processor
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Pie Dish
  • Spatula

Ingredients

Crust

  • 24 Oreo cookies finely crushed
  • 5 tbsp butter melted

Peanut Butter Filling

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Chocolate Ganache Topping

  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp butter for a glossy finish

Instructions

  • Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a ziplock bag and rolling over them with a rolling pin.
  • Mix the crushed cookies with melted butter until well combined.
  • Press the mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie dish to form an even crust and chill for 10–15 minutes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  • Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  • Heat heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until it begins to simmer (do not boil).
  • Remove from heat and pour over the chocolate chips. Let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
  • Stir in butter for a silky texture.
  • Pour the warm chocolate ganache over the peanut butter filling, spreading it evenly.
  • Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to allow it to set properly.
  • Top with whipped cream, chopped peanuts, or chocolate shavings before serving.

Notes

For a crunchy texture, sprinkle chopped peanuts on top. Let the pie chill overnight for the best texture and flavor!
