Instructions
Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a ziplock bag and rolling over them with a rolling pin.
Mix the crushed cookies with melted butter until well combined.
Press the mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie dish to form an even crust and chill for 10–15 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Heat heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until it begins to simmer (do not boil).
Remove from heat and pour over the chocolate chips. Let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
Stir in butter for a silky texture.
Pour the warm chocolate ganache over the peanut butter filling, spreading it evenly.
Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to allow it to set properly.
Top with whipped cream, chopped peanuts, or chocolate shavings before serving.
Notes
For a crunchy texture, sprinkle chopped peanuts on top. Let the pie chill overnight for the best texture and flavor!
