Equipment

  • Microwave-Safe Bowl
  • Fork or Dipping Tool
  • Parchment paper
  • Measuring Spoons

Ingredients

  • 12 oz high-quality chocolate milk, dark, or white
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil optional, for smoother melting
  • 24 mini pretzel twists or pretzel rods
  • toppings of choice sprinkles, crushed nuts, shredded coconut, sea salt

Instructions

  • Break the chocolate into small pieces and place in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring after each, until fully melted and smooth. If using, stir in coconut oil for a glossier texture.
  • Using a fork or dipping tool, dip each pretzel into the melted chocolate, ensuring even coverage.
  • Gently tap the pretzel against the side of the bowl to remove excess chocolate and prevent drips.
  • Place dipped pretzels onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Before the chocolate hardens, sprinkle with desired toppings such as crushed nuts, sprinkles, or sea salt.
  • Allow pretzels to set at room temperature or place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to firm up.
  • Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

For a gourmet touch, drizzle with contrasting melted chocolate (e.g., white chocolate on dark chocolate). Store in a cool, dry place to prevent melting.
