Equipment

  • Non-Stick Pan
  • Whisk
  • Spatula

Ingredients

Cheesy Scrambled Eggs

  • 4 large eggs fresh and organic for best taste
  • ½ cup shredded cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix
  • 1 tbsp butter for a rich, silky texture
  • 2 tbsp milk or heavy cream optional, for extra fluffiness
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • chopped chives or parsley optional garnish

Instructions

  • Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until fully combined. Add a splash of milk or cream for an extra creamy texture.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over low heat and melt the butter. Low heat ensures soft and creamy eggs.
  • Pour the eggs into the pan and stir gently with a silicone spatula. Use a slow folding motion instead of vigorous stirring.
  • When the eggs are about 75% cooked, sprinkle in half of the cheese and stir gently.
  • Remove the pan from heat while the eggs are still slightly soft. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and let the residual heat melt it.
  • Garnish with chives or parsley and serve immediately!

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a dash of garlic powder or a spoonful of sour cream while cooking. Serve with toast, avocado, or crispy bacon!
