Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or crescent roll dough

Filling

  • 16 slices halal turkey or beef pepperoni
  • 2 sticks mozzarella cheese cut into 4 pieces each

Seasoning & Coating

  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese optional for topping

Dipping Sauce

  • ½ cup marinara or pizza sauce for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Separate the biscuit or crescent roll dough into individual pieces and slightly flatten each.
  • Place a slice of pepperoni and a piece of mozzarella cheese in the center of each dough piece.
  • Wrap the dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal completely.
  • Place the pizza bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
  • Brush the butter mixture over each pizza bomb and sprinkle with parmesan cheese if using.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let them cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
  • Serve warm with marinara or pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

For an extra crispy texture, bake on a pizza stone or use an air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes.
