Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
In a blender, combine cottage cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
Pour mixture onto the tray. Spread evenly into a thin circle or square. Bake for 20–25 minutes until firm and golden at the edges.
Cool for 5–7 minutes. Gently peel off the parchment and add desired fillings.
Roll up, slice if desired, and serve. Enjoy!
Notes
Air fry at 360°F for 10–12 minutes as a quicker alternative. Customize with herbs, spices, or sweet ingredients. Prep wraps in batches for easy meal planning.
