Ingredients
  

Wrap Base

  • 1 cup cottage cheese preferably full-fat or lactose-free
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • salt pinch
  • black pepper pinch

Filling (Optional)

  • ½ avocado sliced
  • 1 boiled egg or scrambled tofu
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • ½ small tomato thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp hummus or yogurt-based spread

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  • In a blender, combine cottage cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour mixture onto the tray. Spread evenly into a thin circle or square. Bake for 20–25 minutes until firm and golden at the edges.
  • Cool for 5–7 minutes. Gently peel off the parchment and add desired fillings.
  • Roll up, slice if desired, and serve. Enjoy!

Notes

Air fry at 360°F for 10–12 minutes as a quicker alternative. Customize with herbs, spices, or sweet ingredients. Prep wraps in batches for easy meal planning.
