hollowed out

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut off the top of the bread and carefully hollow out the inside, leaving about half an inch of bread on the sides.
Spread butter inside the hollowed-out bread for extra flavor and crispiness.
Layer the bottom with shredded cheese and chopped beef bacon or turkey sausage.
Crack the eggs directly into the bread cavity, keeping them whole for a runny yolk or whisking them if you prefer scrambled eggs.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately!
Notes
For variations, try adding feta cheese and olives for a Mediterranean twist, or switch to a sweet version with Nutella and banana!
