Instructions
Cook the Protein – If using turkey sausage or chicken, cook it in a pan over medium heat until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Sauté the Veggies – In the same pan, sauté diced onions and bell peppers for about 3 minutes until softened.
Scramble the Eggs – In a bowl, whisk the eggs with cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook them in a nonstick pan until soft and fluffy.
Assemble the Burrito – Warm the tortillas and start layering: eggs, protein, cheese, sautéed veggies, and avocado. Drizzle with salsa or hot sauce.
Wrap and Toast – Fold the sides, roll tightly, and toast on a dry pan for 2 minutes per side until golden brown.
Serve and Enjoy! – Cut in half and dig in while it’s warm.
