Ingredients
  

Bloody Maria Base

  • 2 oz tequila Blanco for a fresh taste, Reposado for a smoother depth
  • 4 oz tomato juice Use high-quality, no-added-sugar tomato juice
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice Always fresh-squeezed for the best flavor
  • 3 dashes hot sauce Tabasco, Cholula, or your favorite
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce Adds a deep, umami flavor
  • celery salt A pinch, to taste
  • black pepper A pinch, to taste
  • smoked paprika or horseradish Optional, for extra depth

Garnishes

  • celery stalk Classic garnish
  • lime wedge For extra zest
  • green olives For a salty, briny touch
  • pickled jalapeños Optional, for extra spice
  • Tajín rim or chili salt rim For an authentic Mexican twist

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the glass: Run a lime wedge around the rim and dip it into Tajín or chili salt for an extra zesty touch. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  • In a cocktail shaker, add tequila, tomato juice, lime juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, and black pepper.
  • Add ice to the shaker and shake well for about 10 seconds to mix the flavors.
  • Strain the mixture into your prepared glass over fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a celery stalk, lime wedge, and green olives. For extra spice, add pickled jalapeños or a sprinkle of smoked paprika.

Notes
