Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet instant yeast (2 ¼ tsp)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt

Beef Filling

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ cup marinara sauce

Toppings

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese (optional)
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives (optional)
  • ½ cup diced bell peppers

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  • Add warm water and olive oil, then mix until a soft dough forms.
  • Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth, then let it rise for 1 hour.
  • Cook the ground beef with onions, garlic, salt, black pepper, oregano, and paprika until browned. Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the dough and press it into a greased pie dish.
  • Spread the beef mixture over the dough, top with cheeses, olives, and bell peppers.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly. Let cool before serving.

Notes

Customize toppings as desired! Try adding jalapeños for spice or BBQ sauce for a smoky twist.
