Main Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless chicken thighs cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp salt
Bang Bang Sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ⅔ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- ¼ cup Sriracha
- 2 tbsp lime juice
In a large bowl, toss chicken with oil, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, cayenne, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayo, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and lime juice to make the bang bang sauce.
