Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless chicken thighs cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp salt

Bang Bang Sauce

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • ¼ cup Sriracha
  • 2 tbsp lime juice

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, toss chicken with oil, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, cayenne, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together mayo, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and lime juice to make the bang bang sauce.
  • Thread chicken onto skewers and brush with half of the sauce mixture.
  • Grill or air fry the skewers at 400°F for 10–15 minutes until fully cooked and slightly charred.
  • Brush with remaining sauce and serve hot.
