cream of mushroom soup

cream of chicken soup

onion soup mix
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish and evenly spread the uncooked rice across the bottom.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and water or broth until smooth.
Lay the chicken breasts over the rice in the baking dish.
Pour the soup mixture evenly over the chicken and rice.
Sprinkle the onion soup mix on top.
Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 1.5 hours.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add diced carrots, peas, or bell peppers before baking. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
