Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk until smooth.
Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Fold in the chopped parsley, dill, and chives for freshness.
Add lemon juice or vinegar and mix well. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
For a thicker version, reduce buttermilk. For a spicy twist, add cayenne or hot sauce. Keeps in the fridge for up to 7 days in an airtight container.
